For you but also for your guests, it is important to anticipate transportation from where you live to the venue in France. To come to Burgundy, the closest airports are Paris, Lyon and Geneva. You might have a long flight so let’s try to make it easy and convenient for you and your guests. Travel can be exhausting and your guests might not all be familiar with French language and transportation here. Do not choose a wedding venue that is so remote that the journey feels like a marathon. Pick a venue that is close to a big city, a train station or a highway exit. Shuttles can be booked to pick up everybody to go to the wedding venue. Take a map of France: you can clearly see that Burgundy is located right between Paris and Lyon, which is super convenient.
